Depends on size. It's OK if the installation of the docs is optional.

Good idea, but where can it find a local copy of the docs, also if no installer 
was used?
Also, if the web access fails, it should display some info about the failed 
attemp(s), at least this could be fixed in the current version before 0.26 (do 
we need to create an issue?).
