I suggest that any bundled documentation be installed to ArgoUML/docs/*
where ArgoUML/argouml.jar is the main application. But this is only a
suggestion.

Sorry if my description wasn't clear, but the web access worked ok for
me.  The only complaint was that the browser window was very slow to
respond to mouse movements or mouse clicks.  I assumed this was just
normal 'java slowness'.  But yes, you are right, some sort of meaningful
error message should be displayed if the web page can't be found at all.
