Received notification that the artifacts I uploaded to maven central were
dropped without explanation. However, based on similar issues I discovered,
this appears to be a case of automatic "time out" drops because the artifacts
could not be reviewed in time. I uploaded them again and opened an issue at
https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/OSSRH-4203.
