Looks like the result of a misapplied search/replace.
Still, it shouldn't be in Avalon CVS.
it is not (unless I'm missing something). I believe Peter has imported the cli code into spice, then did some repackaging, then reassigned copyright. The spice license is the ASL, with a different copyright.
I am not sure whether it is okay to reassign copyright like this; since Peter is the original author of excalibur-cli I suspect it is legally defensible. I do think I think it is immoral, esp. when not discussed with the ASF first, but this stuff always really confuses me.
And I don't think having Spice as a dependency is any good.
