Its not - it is in spice cvs. Any artefact that I can claim sole authorship over I license directly to spice. Anything where other people in Apache or outside have modified gets same copyright but also credits Apache and notes that it is also under Apache license. ie http://spice.sourceforge.net/cli/xref/org/realityforge/cli/CLArgsParser.html > And I don't think having Spice as a dependency is any good.
