I agree that Bugzilla sucks, but did *we* as a *community* decide to use it?
not yet.
I only saw one vote--which does not constitute committing to that. The PMC's responsibility is to make sure all the resources (like CVS, mailing lists, and bug tracking) are managed correctly.
