Yes, it is.
If we do remove the class we would need to bump the logkit version to 2.0 as this is a change that would break backward compatability.
Hmm, yes in theory you're right, but I really think that noone ever used these classes, so 1.3 with a visible remark would imho do it as well.
1.3 would be fine if you just deprecate the class. 2.0 would be required if you remove the class.
