I consolidated the Installation, Tutorials, and COP documents into a single
Documentation section. I think this simplifies the menus while still keeping everything in a single place as you suggest. Let me know what you think. :)

I think I know what your trying to do - namely get a more consolidated structure in place - however I thin its missing the strategic flow - download, evaluate, read the background fluff when the interest level peeks, etc. The download, install, tutorial are IMO critical in-your-fact items. I blacked-out your changes and made a number of adjustments toward what I think your aiming at. Let me know what your think.
