I would suggest a name change *even* if you didn't choose to go thru incubation. It would be a lot easier for me to show the board that things are changing.
Also, I would personally suggest Aaron as the chair, as he's a recognized individual by the board and, AFAIK, his involvment has been seen as productive, fair and balanced, also showing the ability to take action would the need emerge.
First off, I am not interested in abandoning ship here in Avalon, not yet at
least. :-)

Secondly, I fear that taking on the responsibility might stretch me too thin. If no other suitable candidate were to step forward then I would be willing to serve with the hope that it would be a much quieter PMC and with the understanding that another could be trained to take my place as soon as appropriately possible.
