Old releases are always available from the archive server:
http://archive.apache.org/dist/avro/
The ASF mirror servers are only for current releases, i.e. ones which are
undergoing development.
As per [1] above
"When development ceases on a version branch, releases of that branch should be
removed from /dist."
You can add a link to the archives server for older releases (but obviously the
mirrors should be used for the current release(s))
