I would like to revive the 1.0 release discussion for bahir-flink. I have
to admit that I didn't have enough time to do the first release last year.
I've asked Gordon (CC, committer at Flink) to help me fixing the
documentation and upgrading Bahir to Apache Flink 1.2.0.

Once that is done we can start creating the first bahir-flink release (in
my opinion).

Regarding the actual release creation process, I guess it makes sense to
adopt this script:
https://github.com/apache/bahir/blob/master/dev/release-build.sh for
"bahir-flink"?
