I know that at least one or two people listed in the proposal are taking 
vacations, so I guess we will soon have all their ICLAs.

This is a good idea, a good name is important. I did some name search when 
writing the proposal. My favorite idea was to name the project after Reed 
Warblers (birds that solves the Longitude Problem to migrate). I even tried to 
generate a logos with Dall-e [2, 3]. At the end I kept the name Baremaps 
because there is no trademark on it and it is easy to reference on Google.

I read the cookbook [4] and the guide for the infrastructure [5]. Things look 
rather straightforward but organising and splitting the work is a good 
opportunity to do some team/community building.
