Thank you for your offer to help. Do NOT let language be a
problem. My wife
can read French (we have spent several months in France) and we have friends,
here in Australia who are native French speakers (if you recognise Quebecois
as native French.)

lists ? You ask if there is interest in France in helping with this Project.
