If you want to call for some help, I know there is a lot of interest in bibliographic in our project, however not sure there is developers. You can ask on [email protected] ([EMAIL PROTECTED] to subscribe to the list).
If you need help in French about hacking OOo, you can ask on our labo subproject, several developers will help you with pleasure with building or coding OOo.
