        We would welcome your assistance. The most useful work to do would be 
to help 
Bruce with the Citproc bibliographic formating engine. So have a look at 
Citproc (follow the citproc link from http://bibliographic.openoffice.org ). 

If this does not interest you let us know how would would like to help.
