Phoenix is very likely to be incubating at Apache in a week or two.
+1 to a contribution of Kite, provided:
- As with the other non-ASF code we have taken, there is a public open source
repository available that is accepting contributions or issues, a GitHub repo
with issues enabled is a good example
- There are no dependencies on non-public non-open source.
- Its licensing is congruent with the rest of the stack/components we have, the
ASL / BSD side of the family.
- There are no web bugs in the packaging or documentation
