Vinod, I don't think Bigtop community is in a position to make this kind of
call. As far as I know Hive 0.13 hasn't been released so far. Hence, Bigtop
0.8.0 is aiming to include 0.12 to the BOM.
Please ping us once Hive 0.13 is out and depends on where we are in the release
cycle the BOM's content can be potentially re-voted.
