I am -0 on the current patch. Bigtop components have one thing in common: they
affect end users of the stack, either directly as a new user facing component,
or indirectly as an enabler of something that does. We can include Tez now, but
will it hook up to anything? If a Bigtop user installs the Tez package will it
do more than just take up space?
