PR's are already enabled via GitHub integration. We will still required the JIRA roundtrip, though as per ASF requirements. That said, what would be really awesome is if somebody could look at pull requests via the https://code.google.com/p/gerrit/ a'la: https://source.android.com/source/developing.html Thanks, Roman.
