Well, since this is a management pack it can be deployed to any Ambari. This would be super helpful for people that want: 1. Want to use BigTop MPack to install a specific build. Say you are on spark 2.2 and want to be on spark 2.4 for a fix. The BigTop MPack and its ability to build repos gives you that option. 2. You have an existing installation and want to migrat off of HDP and onto BigTop.
