> @dmasice , we managed install Hadoop 3.3 + zookeeper and get pass the distro-select issue by creating our own MPack and modifying hdp-select package, the hdp-select is a bundle of py scripts that creating symlinks for distro. we are currently working on mpack changes for installing bigtop 3.0 rpms in centOS cluster. will be happy to share if there is interests in open source community.
