I am based at the Centre for Applied Computing at BCUC. My PhD research is finding ICT solutions
for SME's (small to medium enterprises) and including them in the
strategic business planning process. In doing this I work with a
number of SME's and employ opensource solutions.

At present this group is re-organising a few things, so you may stuff a tad less focused than normal. ;)
I speak at many events outling ICT solutions to business and am as you may guess an advocate of open source solutions. I am happy to share the results of my research which is being done in conjunction with the Linux User and Developer magazine and the UK government.
Cool. When you say "the UK Government", there's quite a lot of it isn't there? :)
Are you also in contact with the Open Source Consortium in the UK?

As an academic I have a format for recording my work with them. Are there any particular points that the community would like me look out for? Do you have a format for your case study methodology?
