Cool. Since Jia volunteers for release manager for 4.6, do you want to try
4.5.1? we need to build a rotation of release managers.

Bugfix release is based on demand. If there is a requirement for 4.5.1, we
need to do it. If there is no changes need to be included for 4.5.1, we can
leave it open and close it eventually.
