Thread pool for persisting to Object Store
I plan to look at removing dupliation from
`BrooklynMementoPersisterToObjectStore`, but not in this pull request.

Use thread pool for Object Store persistence
- passes BrooklynProperties to BrooklynMementoPersisterToObjectStore
so can read config like max thread pool size.
