One specific question on what I've done-- `BrooklynStorage` causes
conflicts with hot standby, essentially double-restoring (the former is caching
objects in an `<id>-<label>` namespace) and leaking old relatives. I've put
both options into a `BrooklynFeatureExtension` and **both defaulting to false
now**.

Is there anything which depends on `BrooklynStorage` being enabled (for
entities and locations -- it is still used for usage)?
