Incorporated review comments, except for the suggestion of adding
`JavaWebAppFixture` that would extend `AbstractWebAppFixtureIntegrationTest`,
to remove duplication from `NodeJsWebAppFixtureIntegrationTest`.
I'm going to merge as-is to get integration tests fixed.
