- run tests locally: ok
- verify the commit hash in git tag: ok
- check sha512: ok

Environment:
- java version 1.8.0_151
- MacOS Mojave 10.14.6

I also find the new introduced ersi library when i do upgrade for Flink. I
solves the problem by adding a dependency for it. It is awesome if we can
avoid it. But it is not a blocker I guess.
