This PR updates the GitHub actions for CI.
Changes:
- The ubuntu and macOS yml files are updated and now also contain a
conan-build
- The options for coverity-scan is adjusted (more bundles are build)
- The etcdlib and promise lib are now also build on pr and push
- The ubuntu and macOS build are now also configured for nightly build (so
no separate ubuntu/macOS-nightly anymore)
- Some small adjustments / fixes to get everything building and running on
the test machine
When running in macOS there were some issues I could not easily tackle. I
create the issue #471 for this.
