The problem was the correct rcmet.py was not copied to 
"rcmet2.1.3/src/main/python/bin". Copying rcmet.py in 
"rcmet2.1.3/src/main/python/rcmes" into "rcmet2.1.3/src/main/python/bin" will 
resolve this problem. I've always run rcmet from 
"rcmet2.1.3/src/main/python/rcmes" and did not recognize this until today.

Will you please replace rcmet.py in "rcmet2.1.3/src/main/python/bin" with the 
one on "rcmet2.1.3/src/main/python/rcmes"? thanks.
