Mike it should call RCMEC-cli.py my mistake, I will change the name in next
PR.
I think we need to remove OCW-cli folder and OCW-cli.py and have a folder
called RCMES-cli which has file called RCMES-cli.py . This will represent one
example/tool made from OCW library for RCMES project.
