I reran the failing tests, which got rid of one of the errors, but the
`FAIL: Test create, assign, remove of an Internal LB with roundrobin http
traffic to 3 vm's in a Single VPC` error appeared in both runs.
Please verify if this PR has any relationship to that functionality and we
will go from there. Thx...
