Leave the newer icu jar in and state that 2.1.x is no longer compatible with JDK 1.3 2. Leave the newer icu jar in and state that the only the blocks (only deli?)that use it are no longer supported in JDK 1.3. 2. Revert the jar and live with the bug in 2.1.x. 3. Revert the jar only for JDK 1.3 builds (if this is possible), which leaves the bug in for JDK 1.3 but fixes it for JDK 1.4. Leaving it in and doing nothing is not an option. The sample site won't
