Shouldn't we move *all* issues to Jira - so that fixed/closed remain searchable?
I see here an analogue between cvs->svn and bugzilla->jira: we have not migrated
HEAD only, but all revisions, so that in svn you have access to history. We
should do same for bugzilla->jira case. WDYT?
