[~johndament]: If Commons RDF has decided to join Apache Commons in the end,
I'm fine with that. My last information is, that the project wasn't sure about
this. Sorry if I missed something! If Commons RDF decides to go TLP in the end,
it wouldn't be good to have a release with the Apache Commons group ID already.
