[~britter] sorry, I'm speaking under the assumption that the team targets to
graduate under commons, which was one of the incubation goals. I'm not sure if
we want to discuss more on the list this topic, but it can be either
{{org.apache.commonsrdf}} (the project name) or {{org.apache.commons}} if
commons is the current target home.
