All incubating project do release under their final target groupId
org.apache.{NAME}. If they get retired from incubating or whatever other
decision, does not really affects old incubating releases. After all, no
release made by a podling are actually endorsed by the ASF.
And I think it also applies for us, whatever path we could take.
