OK, so once we got access to the org.apache.commons groupId (INFRA-9600),
only COMMONSRDF-6 remains open to 0.1.0-incubating release. Now I have to
go, but unless I hear something before tomorrow morning, I'll prepare a
release based on the current HEAD (commit
7a0de10a11430f63f42202be71c82bdd75985445).
