People can now show their interest and bring their volunteer time to work on this idea to the newly created mailing list: https://lists.apache.org/list.html?divers...@apache.org Whether it's a committee or a working group or whatever doesn't matter; what does matter is getting the people interested in productively shaping the idea and any possible budget requests together in a place where they can do that work efficiently.
