This definitely won't build with 1.7, due to the JSFastNative changes.
Supporting both the old-style JSNative and the new style JSFastNative could be
quite messy though, which is why I didn't do it. If it's important to still
work with 1.7 too, then I could probably make that work.
As for not having any proper releases - see
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=628723, which discusses doing a
1.8.5 release.
