    You are making progress, I like the ace editor in the modal. I've found a 
couple bugs that need fixing:
    First a map function is not displayed properly and I have to use the 
keyboard to view the full function.

    Then we also getting this issue because of our strict CSP (maybe 
@robertkowalski) can help with this:

    Finally if I look at a value with this and then try and leave the page I 
get told that the page has been edited and I should save. This is wrong because 
I haven't edited the page yet. 
    
    Also could you rebase this to the latest and open this PR against the new 
couchdb-fauxton repo.
