@kxepal I did run a grunt couchdb and a grunt couchapp_deploy. When
checking the couchdb/src/fauxton/dist directory, I see the files you miss in
the "releases" part but not in the "debug" part. Maybe you want to try
"releases". I personally prefer couchdb over couchapp - as you can copy the
contents of couchdb/src/fauxton/dist/release to share/couchdb/www/fauxton and
try immediately. Maybe that works for you also. Alternatively, when using
couchapp_deploy, you could upload the files from releases. Otherwise, frankly,
I can't think up an explanation right now. If nothing works: maybe posting the
dir listing of dist helps getting an idea...
