well original code has not this dependency.... instead it has been created
different modules to handle change separately:
https://github.com/rcouch/couchdb-couch-httpd/blob/maint/src/couch_httpd_changes.erl
https://github.com/rcouch/couchdb-couch-mrview/blob/maint/src/couch_mrview_changes.erl
couch_mrview_changes is exposing same kind of api as couch_changes and
httpd was wrapping it to replace the _view filter which was the original
intention.
