Hi Gunjan,

Building couchdb from source on windows is =E2=80=A6 tricky. You need to =
be able to build erlang from source as well, and the mozilla spidermonkey=
 javascript engine. This requires 4 compilers in all. It=E2=80=99s not fo=
r the faint of heart.

That said, if you need help, you=E2=80=99ll need to provide more details =
on the specific error. I=E2=80=99m by no means an expert on cygwin setup =
& failures, so I suggest starting with=C2=A0http://stackoverflow.com/ques=
tions/15496333/installing-cygwin-setup-ini-missing-from-http-mirrors-kern=
el-org=C2=A0and working from there.
