Thanks Joan,

Trying Windows installation on another machine shows that the trust problem
is down to Windows Smartscreen, and this StackOverflow question
<http://stackoverflow.com/questions/33414291/how-can-i-stop-my-installer-from-triggering-windows-10s-this-app-has-been-bloc>
suggests there's not much to be done about it: eventually enough people
will install it for Smartscreen to stop complaining. It did appear in
Programs and Features on the second machine, so the previous occasion must
have been a one-off.

Thanks for fixing the installation path. If we can get a revised version
out later, that's great; otherwise having it as a known issue feels OK to
me.
