(2). yes but the classloader is not always the class classloader, it can be another one (more or less for the same reason you use a classloader to store proxies). Some servers override the implicit classloader by a custom one for several transversal stuff so you must use this one. This is also why it is important to start from the bus and not Class or ClassLoader. (5).
