I read wiki page on planned features of SRB

I Downloaded Pentaho Report Designer 1.6 and found in it:
1. Drawing rectangles feature, which is useful for creating tables in
Reports.
Just we could use horizontal and vertical lines for it, but it not so
easy, or impossible to create tables. (elements cannot touch each other)
Drawing rectangles are planned for implementation in SRB?
Or submit an Issue?
