CDI aware ConstraintFactory 1+
If the feature is present in both CODI and Seam3 and chosen for inclusion for
Bean Val 1.1 it sure seems legit. I also reckon that there's going to be plenty
of users on EE6 for a long while having Bean Val 1.1 unavailable.
