#1 this ticket is just a "discuss"-ticket and shouldn't be used for commits
#2 imo "beanval" isn't a consistent module name (see modules for other specs. -
currently: jpa, jsf) -> i would suggest "bv" instead
#3 tests of this module don't get executed with a std. build (mvn clean install)
#4 the standalone test-dependencies are missing
#5 the groupId in the root-pom of the module is redundant
