I think this should be 'Editor für generalisierte Zeit' (Editeur pour
le temps généralisé).
'Allgemeiner Zeit Editor' translate in something like 'Editeur génèral
pour le temps'.

Je ne sais pas si 'temps' est l'expression juste ou si 'heure' est
mieux ... Il fait déjà longtemps que j'ai apris ça à l'école ...
Well, in french, I think it would be better to use 'Editeur de date'. No
need to stipulate that it's 'generalized'. A date is a date, all in all ;)
What about 'Zeit Editor' in german, too ? (assuming that zeit = time, as
in zeitnot, used in chess)
