1) 2019
Raise awareness on the the D&I among the projects I contribute to. Have at
least one individual from underrepresented group to be voted into committer in
the projects i contribute to.
2) 2020
After successful completion of Goal 2019, document the journey of onboarding
individuals from under-represented groups into Apache projects. Identify pain
points, share learnt lessons, work on improving the experience. Improve
participation of underrepresented groups in Apache projects [measure the
current numbers first].
